Whether you're on a monitored weight loss program or you're studying your
eating habits, having a printable weight loss journal can be a big help.

Usually, these journals include space for your current weight, the food
you ate, and any exercise activity that you did that day. This can be a
real time window that you use to see your weight loss progress and
efforts.

It can also be the foot that kicks you in the butt when you haven't
exercised or given your diet the special attention that it deserves.

For many dieters, keeping a journal of their weight loss journey can have
many benefits:

• It gives you more insight on your progress, day by day.

inspire a few folks to follow in your footsteps, leave advice in the form
of a comment on other peoples pages, and receive counsel from those that
have already accomplished their weight loss goals.

• Get technical. Use Excel. Giving each column its own category, you
can make a chart or graph that will show you a visual snapshot of your
progress. And you can even make an automatic formula that tells you how
much weight you've lost, and how much you still have to go.

• Treat yourself to something beautiful. In many stationery stores,

nice pen and start journaling. You could also cut out pictures from old
magazines to give it the artsy feel of a collage.

• You're on a roll! You can get a roll of paper, stick it on your
fridge, and see all of your progress from the beginning. Use different
colored pens for each milestone, or the food groups, or for when you've
cheated and splurged on a piece of cake.

merchandise you can buy to celebrate it. Every year it seems that every
holiday has some new items enticing you to part with your money. Not to
begrudge retailers the way they make their living, but families need to
watch their bottom line also. A great way to introduce some creativity
into your holiday in a budget-conscious way is to go to the internet for
many of the ideas and printables there.

Printables for every occasion are available for little or no cost but the
price of your own printer's ink and paper. Are you planning a holiday
party? You can print custom invitations and envelopes, wrapping paper, and
gift tags. For party decorations you can print napkin rings, place cards,
banners, garlands, party favors, and gift bags. Many decorating motifs
available on a printable invitation or coloring page can be adapted to a
centerpiece by mounting on sticks and adding other traditional centerpiece
elements, such as fresh or dried flowers, branches, leaves, fruit, candy,

coats of clear acrylic spray on them before you cut them apart. Another

the most moisture proof.

Easy Cookie Recipes Make for Fun in the Kitchen

Admit it: You love cookies. I love cookies too, and I'm not ashamed to
admit it. I mean look – they're tasty, sweet bites of perfection, when
they're made right – and that makes for a wonderful meal-ender. If you're
like me, then time is at a premium, and you don't have a whole lot of it
to spare on recreational things like baking cookies. That's why I'm
always on the lookout for easy cookie recipes…in particular, quick easy
cookie recipes!

Another reason I look for easy cookie recipes is that I have a 2
½-year-old son who loves to cook and bake, whether in his own little
pretend kitchen (which has an oven, a stove, a sink, and a refrigerator)
or for real with Mommy and Daddy. He stands on his stepstool and proudly
wears his monkey apron to help measure, pour, mix, and whatever else we'll
let him do. One of the funniest things is that when he's cooking in his
own kitchen, he narrates what he's doing. Take THAT, Next Food Network
Star wannabes!

Not too long ago, I found myself searching for some easy sugar cookie
recipes, thinking they would be a refreshing change from the usual
chocolate chip cookies that we make. Not that there is anything at all
wrong with chocolate chip cookies – we all love them at my house – but I
figured it would be a good idea to introduce my son to the wider world of
easy cookie recipes that's out there. There are dozens of easy sugar
cookie recipes out there on the web, so that's a great place to start.
Even though this Traditional Rolled Sugar Cookies might look like it's
complicated, it really does fall into what I would consider an "easy sugar
cookie recipes" category. You basically just mix the stuff, stick it in
the fridge, then roll it, cut it, and bake it. Of course, the most fun
part of making these is the decorating, and since my little guy loves his
art projects, we'll go with the edible paint.

In my quest for easy cookie recipes, I've also found some that don't even
require baking. They do require some stovetop time, but even that is
minimal. Now that summer seems to finally be here, this no-bake thing
seems like a pretty good idea. Plus, these seem to be super easy cookie
recipes, with most of them having the same basic ingredients. My son will
still get to help "cook," naturally, even though there isn't a whole lot
of cooking involved. He is an excellent mixer, and maybe I'll let him
help spoon the cookies onto the cookie sheets. That should be
interesting! Messy, but interesting. I sometimes think that the messier
he gets, the better day he has had! He is a lot like Adrian Monk (of TV
show fame), so I'm sure he'll want to wash his hands at the first possible
interlude. That's OK – I think my younger son is heading to be the
opposite, so at least I'll have one clean kid!

How to Make Old Fashion Potato Casseroles for Side Dishes, Pitch-ins, Church Socials, Etc

Who doesn't love potatoes and who doesn't love casseroles? Here are
recipes that combine the two for wonderful side dishes, dishes for
pitch-in meals, reunions, church socials, office lunches, etc. Choose
from Cheesy Baked Potato Salad Casserole or Three Cheese Potato Bake which
includes Swiss, Sharp Cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses.

BAKED POTATO SALAD CASSEROLE

This is an old church cookbook recipe.

8 to 10 potatoes
1 large onion
8-oz Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 jar Imitation bacon bits
1 cup salad dressing (mayo style)
1 cup milk
slices of Velveeta cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Boil potatoes in enough salted water to cover. Boil for 10 minutes; peel
potatoes and dice. In a large bowl, mix together the chopped onion,
Cheddar cheese, 1/2 of the imitation bacon bits, the salad dressing and
milk. Add potatoes to the mixture and fold in. Butter a 13 x 9-inch baking
pan and pour potato mixture into the pan. Top with the Velveeta cheese and
sprinkle the remaining bacon bits over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for
about an hour.

TRIPLE CHEESE POTATO BAKE

This is a recipe from an old magazine clipping.

2 cans (10 3/4 0z ea) cream of chicken soup
8 oz sour cream
1/2 tsp pepper
1 pkg (30 to 32 oz) frozen hashed brown potatoes
3/4 cup sliced green onions
1 jar (2 oz) diced pimentos
3/4 cup shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese
3/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 13x9-inch baking dish and set aside.

Combine soup, sour cream, and pepper in a large bowl; blend well. Stir in
potatoes, onions, pimentos, Cheddar and Swiss cheeses. Spoon mixture into
the prepared baking dish. Spread out into an even layer and sprinkle
Parmesan cheese over the top. Bake, uncovered approximately 1 hour or
until bubbly and golden brown.

Reincarnation Dreams

Reincarnation means when one passes away, their soul is then reborn again
into another body or form on earth."Reincarnation Dreams," are
recollections of dreams we have during sleep that remember from our past
life, whether we happened to be a pilot in a war or perhaps someone famous
who changed the world.

Sometimes, however, it is difficult to know exactly who we were in the
past and what kind of life we lived because reincarnation dreams often
come in fragmented pieces, and it is the dreamer's job to put the pieces
together and research the person that they describe of. Reincarnations
always deal with the past, therefore they do not look like the person in
the past, or in other words, a person who is reincarnated will never look
the same in the future. Here are four dreams of people who have had dreams
of being different people in the past.

Case Examples of Reincarnation Dreams

1. "Karen G. is in her middle twenties, a member of the United States Air
Force, station abroad. She has had three recurrent dreams which have
remained with her vividly and disturbingly. Her husband, unfortunately,
puts no stock in such material, so Mrs. G. contacted me to put in on
record. When she was twenty-one she dreamt of a woman in a long, dark
dress and a white apron-a good-looking woman with long black hair and
green eyes. People full of hatred were shouting at her and tying her to a
tree. They put brush under her feet and kept yelling, 'Burn her, burn the
witch!' She cried that she was not a witch and that if she were they would
never have had a chance to burn her. 'When she said that, I suddenly
realized with quite a shock that I was this girl. I was watching this in
full color and I somehow knew that I was her,' Mrs. G. explained.

The woman in Mrs. G's dream tried to make people understand that she 'just
knew things,' and that was all. When they wouldn't listen, she called them
fools. Then the people lit the fire. It was horrible to the dreamer
because she knew that she was innocent, she knew she was trying to get
through to them. 'I felt the heat of the fire and knew her anguish one
last time, that they were wrong and someday they would know it'" (Holzer
147).

2. "Richard U. of New York State in 1970 dreamt of a very strange scene.
In the dream he was astride a horse on a beach, waiting for a ship. There
was a group of men with him, dressed in what he later realized was armor
like that worn by the crusaders. The water seemed very blue and crystal
clear.

The following day he mentioned this dream to two close friends. It then
developed that both had dreamt of being on an old ship. They were dressed
in flowing robes, heading for an island, and they, too, had been impressed
with the crystal clear blue water" (Holzer 151-152).

3. "Mrs. Georgia G. has always felt that she once lived in the Old West,
that is, in another lifetime. Right now, she lives in Iowa. Is in her
early thirties, married for the second time, and the mother of two
children. Her background is English and German, as it is with many of the
people in her part of the Middle West.

The first dream which made her wonder about having lived before happened
to her rather unexpectedly. The scene showed a beautiful summer day, and
it was either noon or very early afternoon since the sun was shining
overhead. She saw a town square with one side bordered by a huge, long
stone wall; the center of the town square seemed shaded. There were two
padres standing there looking down on a young woman who was kneeling
before them. Georgia could not see their faces since they were in the
shaded area, but the woman seemed to be around thirty years old and had on
drab, dark clothes. There was a crowd of people at the end of the wall in
the distance, cowering away from the middle of the square where these
three figures were. The woman, speaking in English, said, 'I beg of you,
have mercy on me.' She was pleading with the two priests but they only
watched her in stony silence. All at once Georgia knew she was that woman!
She looked at the crowd in the distance but could see they didn't want to
get mixed up in the affair, whatever it was" (Holzer 152-153).

In the first dream, was it possible that Karen used to be a witch but was
reincarnated into a normal person? In the second dream, could it have been
possible that three men were crusaders at some point and gathered together
as men on horses, just seeing the situation from a different point of
view? In the third dream could Georgia have had been that woman begging
for the priest for mercy? These are just some questions to play with with
when dealing with those example reincarnation dreams.

Reincarnations dreams give us hint or clues that there can be a
possibility of a previous lifetime. Sometimes dreams can be shared with
someone else such as the dream took place as an event in the past, and
there were other people that one can recall from that event that have also
been reincarnated into earth the same time they were. It is rare that
these people will meet up, but on some occasions they do.

A quick summary to inform you as to how World Of Warcraft engineering
works and then how to level up.

It is considered a primary profession which any race or class can
train.The gnomes if you choose them however have a slight advantage as
they have the passive racial skill of increased engineering. This does not
mean that you can't do great with any other class.

There are numerous items needed to be sourced or gathered as an engineer.
Items such as jewels and various ores (metals) are needed to craft certain
items.

Certain items crafted by an engineer can only be used by another
engineer.There are quite a few various things you can make as an engineer.
These include bullets,dynamite, bombs,guns,flying machines or helmets.
Some other cool things to craft will be jumper cables-to shock a player
back to life when dead and repair bots that repair your gear-handy when
doing raids.

Engineering + mining equals number 1 as most of the raw material needed by
engineers come from mining.Mining takes time so engineering will be the
same as you will be gathering through mining. You can always take a short
cut and instead of gathering the items yourself just buy them at the
Auction House. This will however entail plenty of gold.

Ore bars or metal bars that have been smelted will be the basis of your
items that you need to build. Including sometimes the odd other materials
you may require to produce a certain item. Fishing can also come in handy
to gather some items from chests in the water. Engineering can be a tough
profession as some recipes require many various items so this can be time
consuming and taxing to locate but its still good fun nonetheless. Try
turning someone into a chicken or shrinking them with a ray and you will
see what I mean.

As some of the items you make can only be used by other engineers then
your target market for selling these items will be small and every now and
then it will feel as though you are spending more than you are making but
hang in there.

Remember to speed up leveling as an engineer it is much faster to just

This is what you will need to do to get started as a World Of Warcraft
engineer.

Get trained in engineering by a WoW trainer. You will find engineering
supplies in a vast amount of places.Various sources will be mining,
smelting ores, mobs and vendors. Some formulae items are created through
other formulas so do not throw away these items in a hurry as you may need
them later on.
